What is Redness & Rosacea?
Redness means you can see more blood vessels and inflammation in your skin, often on the cheeks, nose, chin, or forehead. Rosacea is a long-term skin condition that often causes ongoing redness, flushing, visible blood vessels, and sensitivity.
Doctors are not sure exactly what causes rosacea, but things like genetics, sun exposure, stress, spicy foods, alcohol, and changes in temperature can make it worse. While there is no cure, professional treatments and good skincare can help improve symptoms and make rosacea easier to manage.
