What is Kybella®?
Kybella® (deoxycholic acid) injections contour and improve the look of submental fullness, sometimes referred to as a "double chin." Kybella® is also used to dissolve stubborn fat in other body areas. The Kybella® (lipolysis injections) medication reduces fat in the treated area by disrupting fat cells under the skin.
What is PCDC?
The PCDC solution is a mixture of phosphatidylcholine and sodium deoxycholate, a bile salt that aids in the removal of waste. Fat is gradually liquefied and removed by the body's own processes as a result of the treatment. As the fat melts away, the results are natural-looking. The same chemical that breaks down fat can also tighten the skin around the injection sites by stimulating the production of new collagen.
When will I see the results?
You may see improvements in your body shape after a few weeks and see the final results after about six months because it takes your body time to process and remove the destroyed fat cells. The fat won't return once it's gone.
