Failure to provide timely notice or not showing up for your appointment will result in a $50 fine, which will be charged to the card on file. We do not offer refunds on any services rendered at Euro Look Medical Spa. Aesthetic outcomes can significantly vary among individuals. While our expert team endeavors to meet your expectations, we cannot guarantee specific results. Clients may require additional treatments to achieve their desired outcomes, for which they are responsible.
Refunds are not available for products purchased. However, if a product is found to be defective, it may be exchanged for the same product within 14 days of purchase.
All sales of gift certificates are final and cannot be refunded.
